Anger blazes through every human,

So do sadness, fear and disgust.

Emotions govern one's every movement,

Be it pride, envy or lust.

Hope comforts our being,

Courage empowers new adventures.

Love is a beautiful feeling,

Joy opens up great pleasures.

Negativity is inevitable, naturally,

One cannot solely reside in good cheer.

However, too much of anything is deadly,

It can destroy all that you hold dear.

Therefore, balance is essential,

Discipline is the key.

One must strive to remain neutral,

In order to achieve true harmony.
